1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any services provided by tyo4d. This minimum age requirement reflects the standard applied to online gaming activities targeting users in Indonesia. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. tyo4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated with a primary focus on Indonesian players. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online betting and gaming services does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tyo4d makes no representation that the services are lawful or available in every location.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account on the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded or excluded by tyo4d;
• Employees, directors, officers, contractors, or agents of tyo4d or its affiliated companies;
• Immediate family members of the above persons;
• Individuals who have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration;
• Individuals accessing the Platform via prohibited jurisdictions using VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technologies.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. tyo4d employs automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. tyo4d accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the User.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tyo4d strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials will be your responsibility unless you have promptly notified tyo4d of a security breach.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

tyo4d is required to verify the identity of Users before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification (e.g., KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) and, where applicable, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. KYC information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.5 Account Dormancy

An Account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. tyo4d reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee of Rp 25,000 per month against the balance of a dormant Account. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tyo4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the digital wallet providers OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All payment accounts used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet channels. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier; current limits are displayed within the deposit section of your Account dashboard. tyo4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during Indonesian banking hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday–Friday, excluding national public holidays) are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes. Deposits submitted outside banking hours are processed on the next available business day. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4.4 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday–Friday). Requests submitted outside of these hours, or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day. tyo4d does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Before your first withdrawal request is approved, you must complete KYC verification. All active bonus wagering require ments must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. tyo4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the tyo4d Account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated clearly within each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tyo4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, collusion between players, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

tyo4d regularly publishes seasonal promotions aligned with major Indonesian cultural events, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms published with the specific offer. Promotional terms are not negotiable and cannot be applied retroactively.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

tyo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect the position of a User who has already opted into and fulfilled the requirements of that promotion in good faith.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the Platform's help section. tyo4d offers pre-match and live betting markets across BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and other competitions. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections and are subject to additional rules regarding void legs and early settlement.

6.2 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets — including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau — operate according to the official draw results published by their respective operators. tyo4d accepts no liability for any discrepancy between results displayed on the Platform and those published by the official draw operator, provided that tyo4d makes all reasonable efforts to update results promptly.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Microgaming. The rules of each table game are displayed before each session. By joining a live table, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed and the game round has commenced, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

6.4 Slot Games

All slot games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Slot gacor (high-frequency payout slots) is a colloquial term used among Indonesian players; tyo4d does not guarantee that any particular slot title will pay out at above-average frequency during any given session.

6.5 Void Bets and Disputes

tyo4d reserves the right to void any bet placed due to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunction, use of prohibited software or betting strategies, or events of force majeure. All bet disputes must be submitted to customer support within 7 calendar days of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7 Responsible Gaming

tyo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools accessible from every Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options. 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of tyo4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Platform is the exclusive property of tyo4d.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without express written consent from tyo4d.

9 Privacy & Data

tyo4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tyo4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data at all times.

tyo4d will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or our operational obligations.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tyo4d staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's source code or proprietary algorithms.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. tyo4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uptime.

11.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tyo4d's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tyo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

11.3 Force Majeure

tyo4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or acts of third parties.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal account following successful KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

12.2 Termination by tyo4d

tyo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the prescribed period; or receipt of a valid legal instruction from a competent authority. In cases of proven fraud or deliberate breach, tyo4d reserves the right to withhold remaining balances pending investigation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by competent arbitration bodies. tyo4d operates as an internationally licensed platform and acknowledges that its primary user base consists of players located in Indonesia.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and tyo4d within 30 days of written notice of the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14 Amendments

tyo4d reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
